When submitting an offer for a bankruptcy short sale, please make sure to download the contract on the MLS. If not available, please use the AS-IS Trustee’s Contract available under the Forms Menu. Please contact the listing agent to obtain the correct Trustee and Debtor. The seller’s field of the contract must read as follows:

“Trustee NAME OF TRUSTEE for the Estate of DEBTOR NAME”

Additionally, please contact the Listing Agent for Title Agent Information.

Any additional forms or addendums required must use the same format. Offers not submitted with this format will be rejected by the Trustee.
